Mayor and/or Commission Reports: N Madsen – Parks & Sewer, M Dreesen – Water, R Woodward Landfill Commission, S Baumfalk – EMA Public In-Put: None Old Business: * Shop Update / Insurance Claim – T Noah reported the Claim is now mostly settled. Looking at investing some of the money into an UTV so getting prices & researching models. * Property Clean-up – Discussion was had about the T Anderson property, there are at least six or seven code violations in reference to his house & fence. Mr. Anderson had proposed his renovation plans long ago but no improvements have been made. K. Wilson made a motion for City Attorney to send letter; S Baumfalk 2nd Yes – 4-0 * Vacant Council Seat – Still needs to be filled New Business: * Second Reading Ordinance – Code of Conduct for City Facilities: Mayor Mitsch proposed waving the second & third Readings and made a motion to approve supplementals 12-2024A / 12-2024B; Approved 1st K Wilson 2nd N Madsen Yes – 4-0 Clerk Report: H Nejedly is continuing to work as a contract employee. Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah – Reported the USDA water project is still working on the Archeological Study, and the city should get an offer by mid spring. Fire Department: T Noah – Reported the Fire Dept. is doing well.
