Part Time Position – N Brezina: 1st S Baumfalk 2nd N Madsen Ayes – 5-0 T Noah Overtime: After discussion M Jenson made a motion to allow T Noah to work overtime as needed at his discretion. 1st K Wilson 2nd S Baumfalk Ayes – 4-0 Nayes – 1-0 To be put on the Agenda, a “Request Form” must be submitted and council approved: The Code of Ethics & Conduct Policies Resolution was established during the July 17th meeting; moving forward a Request Form must be completed and approved. New Computer – Need to Update to Windows 11: 1st S Baumfalk 2nd N Madsen Ayes – 5-0 Clerk Report: H Nejedly; Working part time and as needed. Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah reported that due to the multiple storms and damage we’ve experienced, two separate pieces of equipment need to be repaired, and / or replaced. After doing research on the costs involved for both, the generator will be replaced, and the lift station control panel can be repaired. He also informed the council that the city may be receiving FEMA grant money he applied for to cover the costs of repairs to the generator and labor costs. 1st M Jenson 2nd S Baumfalk Ayes – 5-0 Fire Department: T Noah – Reported the department is doing well and they will have their next fundraiser on Halloween, Friday October 31, 2025.
