New Business: * Appointing IPERs Official: K Wilson motioned that C Fichter be appointed the reporting official since his office handles payroll. 2nd M Jenson Ayes Carry 3-0. * Donation to Crime Stoppers/Neighborhood Watch: R Woodward motioned to donate $100.00 to Harrison County Crime Stoppers 2nd by M Jenson, and T Noah to help Pisgah Neighborhood Watch with a grant for advertising materials Ayes Carry 3-0. * Property Cleanup Letters: The Mayor and Council will report possible code violations so letters can be sent out. 1st letter will be a courtesy reminder, 2nd will give timeline and directives to correct the situation, and 3rd will be from the city attorney. * Discussion of New Property Tax Code: C Fichter gave information on changes to the state property tax code and what the city will need to do in the future to meet these changes. * Discussion of New Ordinance Code Book: The council has been provided with an updated book of ordinances that could be used to replace the current outdated book. The mayor recommended them to review and make notes in the new copy so that we could discuss them in the future and possibly move forward with adopting the new book of codes. Clerk Report: Vacant Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah gave updates on current projects, including tree trimming, grapple bucket, and complaint about alley. Fire Department: Fire dept will be doing a Car Show at Pisgah Play Days as a fundraiser.
