Topic tabled until bids can be obtained on removing them * Agenda and Request Policy: These items are covered in council and meeting policy, no action taken * Tuition Reimbursement Policy: after discussion R Woodward made a motion to add elected officials to the current policy that covers tuition, and travel expenses for paid employees 2nd by N Madsen Aye Carry– 3-0 * Possible closed session to discuss ongoing or imminent litigation strategy with council pursuant to Iowa Code 21.5(c): 1st R Woodward 2nd M Jeson Roll Call Vote to Enter closed session 7:01 p.m. RW, MJ, NM * At 7:28 p.m. M Jenson motioned to end close session and return to open meeting, 2nd R Woodward, Roll Call Vote RW, MJ, NM Ayes 3-0 A review of past discussions was had about campers in residential areas, and a possible ordinance was reviewed. Motion was made by M Jenson to have a hearing for such ordinance on next month’s agenda and 2nd by R Woodward Ayes Carry 3-0 Clerk Report: Vacant Maintenance, Water and Sewer Report: T Noah gave updates on current projects, and proposed purchase of a grapple attachment for the tractor, for use in tree projects and storm clean up. Approval was given to get pricing for council review. Fire Department: Fire dept will be receiving their new air packs soon.
