City of Woodbine Public Notice: The Public is hereby notified of a meeting regarding the Woodbine Board of Adjustment to be held Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 5:00pm in the Woodbine City Hall Conference Room, 517 Walker Street. The Board will discuss and hear comments about a requested variance from the City of Woodbine Building Code from respective property owner for the following property: 701 Ely Street, requesting to build a 12’ x 24’ addition to their existing garage which encroaches on the required 15’ rear yard setback. Any Citizen of Woodbine or any other person having an interest in the requested variance may appear and be heard for or against the proposal. Written comments must be received at the City Clerk’s office, 517 Walker St, Woodbine, IA 51579 before the meeting.
