The City of Pisgah was recently awarded a $22,500 USDA Rural Development (RD) Community Facilities grant to complete a wastewater system plan, a first step to ensure the long-term health and safety of residents. This award is a key part of the Biden Administration's Invest in America initiative – focused on building and growing rural communities. This grant is one example of what Invest in America looks like in Harrison County.
