Donald Wayne Myler, 78, of Victoria, Texas, passed away August 20,2023.
Donnie was born April 28, 1945, to Harold and Ethel (Stodgel) Myler. Donnie worked as a Brick Mason for over 40 years until his retirement in 2007. After his retirement, Donnie traveled in his motorhome with his beloved dog Scooby, spending most of his time between Iowa and Texas. Donnie was an avid skier and golfer and friend to anyone that would take the time to listen to his stories.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Georgia May Myler; sister Shirley Cox.
Donnie is survived by his daughters, Christina Jaramillo (Jose), Theresa Ross (Scott); siblings, Barb Fitchhorn, Dwight Myler (Maryann), Connie Riche (Jack); Grandchildren, Brittany Jaramillo, Keri, Ashley and Justin Ross.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the Hoy-Kilnoski Reception Center at 1414 West Broadway, Council Bluffs IA 51501 on October 21, 2023.
