HARRISON COUNTY LANDFILL COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES January 29, 2026 The HCLC regular meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m., January 29th, 2026 by Vice Chairman Anderson. Roll call showed Representatives: Rife, Breyfogle, Sell, Shearer, Bantam, Woodward. Also in attendance was Manager Tyler Hinkel and Matt Kuhlenegle from SCS Engineers Item #1) Approval of agenda. Motion was made by Breyfogle and seconded by Woodward to approve the agenda. 7 ayes. Item #2) Matt Kuhlenegle led discussion outlining the design strategies for Cell 3B. Breyfogle motioned to accept the Project proposal, Sell seconded. 7 Ayes. A notice to bidders will be placed January 30th, with bid opening scheduled for March 3rd. Motion to adjourn at 11:14 a.m. by Breyfogle seconded by Sell 7 ayes.
