The petition was filed on May 9, 2025, and prays for foreclosure of Plaintiff’s Reverse Mortgage on the property described below and judgment for all amounts secured by the Reverse Mortgage, including (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications of the Note; and (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest, advanced to protect the lien of the Reverse Mortgage.
