July 14, 2026 The Harrison County Board of Supervisors, acting as Trustees of the McNeill Main Drainage District, joined the Monona County Board of Supervisors in regular session on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via zoom. In attendance for Harrison County were Brian Rife, Tony Smith, & Rebecca Wilkerson, Trustees, and Michelle Kersten, Drainage Clerk. In attendance for Monona County were Bo Fox, Tom Brouillette and Vince Phillips, Trustees, Amy Borchardt-Sick and Ashley Brown, Drainage Clerks, Peggy Rolph, Auditor and Jim Wigton, IT Director. Also present via zoom was Amanda Goodenow, Engineer with ISG. COMMISSIONER’S REPORT FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF BENEFITS MCNEILL INTERCOUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT It was moved by Phillips, seconded by Brouillette to tentatively approve the Commissioner’s Report for Reclassification of Benefits, McNeill Intercounty Drainage District. Vote on motion: Ayes: Phillips, Brouillette, Fox, Rife, Smith and Wilkerson. Nays: None. Motion carried. It was moved by Rife, seconded by Fox to set the date for the Public Hearing on the Commissioner’s Report for September 1, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. at the Onawa Public Library, 707 Iowa Ave, Onawa, IA 51040. Vote on motion: Ayes: Phillips, Brouillette, Fox, Rife, Smith and Wilkerson. Nays: None. Motion carried. The Notice of Public Hearing will be published and mailed per Iowa Drainage Code 468.14, 468.15 and 468.16 as required by law.
