Lemuel A. McIntosh, 89 of Missouri Valley, passed away July 13, 2023. He was born July 1, 1934, to George and Lula McIntosh at Missouri Valley. He served in the United States Navy from 1954 until 1959.
Lemuel had a long career in the printing industry and security before retirement. He enjoyed family gatherings, playing cards, and having fun. He belonged to computer clubs, liked working with electronics, and was an avid reader.
Survivors include nephew, Pat (Mary) Miller of Logan; and niece, Donna (George) McCoy of Missouri Valley; as well as several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, JoAnn Miller; nephews, Kenneth and William Miller; and niece, Susan Walsh.
Visitation and Funeral Service were held Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Frazier Cemetery in Missouri Valley. Pastor Randy Williams officiated. The music selections were “Amazing Grace”, “In The Garden” and “How Great Thou Art”. The pall bearers were Pat Miller, George McCoy, Eric Larson and Wayne Larson.
