Logan-Magnolia Community School May 28, 2025 The special board meeting for the Logan-Magnolia Community School District was held on the above date at 2:00 P.M. in the high school office. Roll call vote was answered by board president Brian Koenig joined via zoom, Vice President Julia Witte joined via zoom, Director Travis Kuhlman joined via zoom, director Brianne Niedermyer joined via zoom, director Derrick Mether; Also present were superintendent Jacob Hedger, Business Manager Daniel Mikels, and Matt Gillaspie from Piper Sandler via zoom. 2. Approve Agenda Derrick Mether moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Travis Kuhlman, carried. 5-0. 3. Public Speakers No Public Speakers 4. Consideration of Financing Proposals Matt Gillaspie from Piper Sandler spoke to the board and reviewed the results from the proposals on the sale of bonds. The district received 7 bids on the sale. The board asked questions they had regarding the sale. 5. Resolution Directing the Sale of $1,600,000.00 School Infrastructure, Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 Derrick Mether moved to approve the Resolution Directing the Sale of $1,600,000.00 School Infrastructure, Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 as attached, seconded by Travis Kuhlman, Brian Koenig-Aye, Julie Witte-Aye, Derrick Mether- Aye, Travis Kuhlman- Aye, and Brianne Niedermyer- Aye, Carried 5-0. 6.
