Logan-Magnolia Community School November 1, 2024 The board meeting for the Logan-Magnolia Community School District elementary addition was held on the above date at 11:00 A.M. in the high school office. Roll call vote was answered by board president Brian Koenig, vice president Julia Witte, director Derrick Mether, director Brianne Niedermyer, and director Travis Kuhlman joined via zoom; Also present were superintendent Jacob Hedger, and business manager Daniel Mikels. 2. Approve Agenda Brianne Niedermyer moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 5-0. 3. Public Comment No public comments. 4. Contract for Elementary Addition Brianne Niedermyer moved to approve the contract with Genesis as presented, discussed, seconded by Derrick Mether, carried. 5-0. The board spoke about the bonding for Genesis on both projects. They also discussed going from portion A of the dome project and transitioning to portion B. 5. Soil Sample Contract Derrick Mether moved to approve the contract with TD2 as presented, seconded by Brianne Niedermyer, carried. 5-0. 6.
