Notice of Hearing for Sale of Property Iowa Code 364.7 The City Council shall hold a public hearing to consider a proposal to authorize the Mayor and Administrator to sell any City-owned lots in the Harvest Hills Subdivision to persons promising to constructing homes on these lots in conformance with City regulations. The lots are located in the following area: LOTS 29 THROUGH 167, INCLUSIVE, AND OUTLOTS E THROUGH I, INCLUSIVE, BEING A PLATTING OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, TOGETHER WITH PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, AND TOGETHER WITH PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, ALL IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 80 NORTH, RANGE 42 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., HARRISON COUNTY, IOWA THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, TOGETHER WITH PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, AND TOGETHER WITH PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, ALL IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 80 NORTH, RANGE 42 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M The Council reserves the right to approve or reject this proposal submitted following this hearing.
