NOTICE OF HEARING SOUTH NOBLE LAKE DRAINAGE DISTRICT POTTAWATTAMIE AND HARRISON COUNTIES, IOWA TO: all Landowners and Lienholders of record and occupants of the lands in the South Noble Lake Drainage District, Pottawattamie and Harrison Counties, Iowa. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the joint Board of Supervisors of Pottawattamie and Harrison Counties, Iowa, acting as trustees of the South Noble Lake Drainage District shall give consideration of the Engineer’s report certifying completion of the contract for the work of constructing repairs to the Noble Lake Ditch in Pottawattamie County, Iowa which will come on for hearing before the joint board, on the 19th day of April, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., located in the Board of Supervisor’s Hearing Room of the Pottawattamie County Courthouse, 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa, or such other place as may be determined at that time. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all objections to said Engineer’s report must be made in writing and filed in the office of the Drainage Clerk of Pottawattamie, Iowa, at or before the time set for such hearing. Failure to file written objections will result in a waiver of any objections you may have. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that at the time fixed for said hearing, or at an adjourned hearing, the joint Board, shall hear and determine all objections filed to said report and shall fully consider said report.
