Notice of Judicial Vacancy The Magistrate Appointing Commission for Harrison County is accepting applications for position of Magistrate. Eligible applicants must be an attorney licensed to practice law in Iowa, and a resident of Harrison County or a resident of a contiguous county during the term of office and does not qualify for appointment if at the time of appointment the applicant will have reached age seventy-two (72).
