NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Missouri Valley Community School District Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of Iowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by Missouri Valley Community School District, at 7:30am on Monday, June 30, 2025 at the Missouri Valley Community School District Office at 109 E Michigan Street, Missouri Valley, IA This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from district’s Flexibility Account for any school district general fund purpose. These funds, in the amount of $100,000.00, were unexpended and unobligated from Project 3376 Professional Development of $50,000.00 and Project 3116 Teacher Leadership & Compensation Supplement (TLC) of $50,000.00. All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to Ashley Anderson, Board Secretary on or before June 26th at 4:00pm.
