NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY In accordance with Section 364.7 Iowa Code (2023), notice is hereby given that the City Council of Missouri Valley, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing on November 18, 2025 at 6 P.M., at the Rand Community Center, 100 S 4th St, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the conveyance of that portion of 200 E Erie St., Town of Missouri Valley, Iowa, described as Lot F of Block Eight (8) in the Original Town of Missouri Valley, Iowa, and more particularly described as commencing at the Northwest comer of said Block Eight (8), and running thence east Twenty-five feet (E. 25'), thence South One hundred ten feet (S. 110'), thence West Twenty-five feet (W. 25'), thence North One Hundred ten feet (N. 11 O') to place of beginning. EXCEPT the East one foot of Lot F and the East one foot of the West 25 feet of the North 50 feet of Lot 9, all in Block 8, Original Town of Missouri Valley, Iowa. At said time and place a public hearing will be conducted on the proposed conveyance, and at such hearing any person interested may appear and file objections thereto. The City Council shall hear the objections and any evidence for or against the proposal, and forthwith enter decision concerning the conveyance of the real property at issue.
