NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2022 WELL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 6:00 p.m., on January 16, 2024, at the Rand Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa, the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa will hold a public hearing on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents") for the proposed 2022 Well Improvements Project (the "Project"). The Project shall include the complete construction of 8" Ductile Iron water main, fire hydrants, new municipal well, well house, piping, back-up generator, electrical, and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The Project shall be constructed at approximately Harrison Street and St. Clair Street in the City. A copy of the proposed Contract Documents is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
