NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF FUNDED ACTIVITIES FOR THE 5th AVENUE HOMES, 2019 DISASTER RECOVERY HOUSING No. 19-DRH-012. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 508 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, as amended, the Logan City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 6:15pm at Logan City Hall, 108 W 4th St, Logan, IA 51546. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the status of funding for the 2019 Disaster Recovery Housing Project 19-DRH-012, located on 5th Avenue where three single-family homes are being built for purchase by LMI qualified individuals and families. The project is being funded in part through a Community Development Block Grant provided by the Iowa Economic Development Authority and the developer, NRG Ventures LLC.
