Call Meeting to Order / Determination of Quorum President John Ferris called the meeting to order at 6:19 P.M. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the High School Media Center, 605 Lincoln Highway, Missouri Valley, Iowa. II. Approve the Agenda Motioned to approve the agenda. Motion made by: Jessie Dewaele Motion seconded by: Bridget Myler Voting: Unanimously Approved III. Exempt Session A. To discuss strategy in matters relating to employmentconditions of employees notcovered by the collective bargaining law. Iowa Code 21.9 "Employment Conditions" for this section means areas included in the scope of negotiations in Iowa Code 20.9.
