PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley is holding a public hearing at 6:05 p.m. on April 23, 2024, at the Rand Center, 100 South 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the proposed amendment to City of Missouri Valley Zoning Ordinance by amending the official zoning map as it pertains to Parcel ID’s 603002432900000, 603002419300000 (1 Crossroads Pl), 603002411500000 (420 W Erie St) and 60300241130000 (422 W Erie St). Following the public hearing and absent any legitimate objection to the proposal, the City Council is expected to approve the rezoning of “each address” and to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Missouri Valley accordingly.
