PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley is holding a public hearing at 6:05 p.m. on November 19, 2024, at the Rand Center, 100 South 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa, concerning the proposed communication easement with MidAmerican Energy Company as it pertains to Lot 1, Block 72, Blair’s Town Lot Company’s 4th addition to the town of Missouri Valley, Harrison County, Iowa, except that part of Lot 1 deeded in book 430, page 579. Following the public hearing and absent any legitimate objection to the proposal, the City Council is expected to approve proposed communication easement with MidAmerican Energy Company as it pertains to Lot 1, Block 72, Blair’s Town Lot Company’s 4th addition to the town of Missouri Valley, Harrison County, Iowa, except that part of Lot 1 deeded in book 430, page 579.
