Public Notice: The Public is hereby notified of a meeting regarding the Woodbine Board of Adjustment to be held Monday, May 11th, 2026, at 5:00pm in the Woodbine City Hall Conference Room, 517 Walker Street. The Board will discuss and hear comments about a requested variance from the City of Woodbine Building Code from respective property owner for the following property: 43 9th Street, requesting to pour a 13’ x 35’ patio which exceeds the 25% buildable area of the lot. Also, the board will discuss and hear comments about a requested variance from the City of Woodbine Building Code from respective property owner for the following property: 903 Weare Street, requesting to construct an additional 28’x22’ garage which exceeds the 25% buildable area of the lot. Any Citizen of Woodbine or any other person having an interest in the requested variance may appear and be heard for or against the proposal.
