RESOLUTION #2024-47 FEE SCHEDULE The following fees may be charged in addition to the municipal infractions that are listed in Title I Chapter 3 of the City of Woodbine Code of Ordinances: Nuisance Abatement Fees: Administrative Fee, $50.00 Labor for nuisance removal, $75.00 per hour Nuisance Abatement Equipment Fees: Dump Truck, $75.00 per hour Street Sweeper, $150.00 per hour Skid Loader, $100.00 per hour Pickup or Service Truck, $50.00 per hour Tractor, $75.00 per hour Tractor with loader, $100.00 per hour Mower, $50.00 per hour Mowing Fees: Administrative Fee, $50.00 Equipment Fee, $100.00 Labor for mowing, $75.00 per hour Snow Removal Fees: Administrative Fee, $50.00 Equipment Fee, $100.00 Labor for snow removal, $75.00 per hour Labor will be billed with a one (1) hour minimum and then in fifteen (15) minute increments if actual time worked exceeds one (1) hour. Equipment will be billed at $100.00 for mowing and snow removal. Equipment for nuisance abatement will be billed according to the Nuisance Abatement Equipment Fees listed above. An invoice will be sent for the total expenses incurred and payment will be due within thirty (30) days. If the amount shown on the invoice has not been paid within thirty (30) days, the Clerk shall certify the costs to the Harrison County Treasurer to be collected with property taxes and submitted to the Iowa Setoff Program for collection.
