Shawn Keith Timmons, 52, of Mondamin, passed away on Jan. 3, 2024. He was born on Aug. 31, 1971, in Omaha, Neb., to Linda Bahm O'Neill and Stephen Timmons. Shawn attended Creighton Prep for high school.
Shawn was a kind, witty, friendly, helpful, and funny individual. He had a passion for cooking, baking, fast cars, and football. In addition, he was known for his mechanical skills, making him a great mechanic.
Shawn will be dearly missed by his daughters, Shawna Timmons and Mariah Walton; his son, Keith Timmons; and his grandchildren, Kyla Timmons, Bryson Timmons, Anakin Walton, and Ophelia Walton. He is also survived by his mother, Linda Bahm O'Neill; his father, Stephen Timmons; his sister, Kimberly O'Neill; his aunt, Jill Bahm; his aunt, Claudia Carne; his uncle, Jerry (Becky) Timmons; his uncle, Davis Singles; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Shawn was preceded in death by his grandpa, Charles Bahm; his grandparents, Swanny (Kay) Swanson; his grandparents, Keith (Joan) Timmons; and his uncle, Gary Bahm.
A visitation for Shawn will be held on Jan. 26, 2024, from 1-3 pm at Hennessey Funeral Home, located at 310 E Huron St, Missouri Valley. The services will follow at 3 pm at the same location. The Hennessey Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, is assisting with the arrangements.
