SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Friday, December 13th, 2024 – 8:00 A.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: LENNING, GAU, MANN, BANTAM, & VANDEMARK. Mayor Cogdill led the pledge of allegiance. Motion Vandemark/Lenning to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5, Motion carried. Motion Gau/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5 Motion carried. Motion Mann/Lenning to approve the 2nd reading of ordinance #2024-11-2 amending Solid Waste ordinance Title VIII-Solid Waste Control – Chapter 1 & Chapter 2. Ayes: 3, Nayes 2 (Gau & Vandemark).
