SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Monday, December 16th, 2024 – 8:08 A.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Pro Tem Vandemark called the meeting to order with the following members present: LENNING, GAU, MANN, BANTAM, & VANDEMARK. Mayor Cogdill was absent. Mayor Pro Tem Vandemark led the pledge of allegiance. Motion Gau/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5, Motion carried. Motion Mann/Bantam to approve the 3rd and final reading of Ordinance #2024-11-2 amending Solid Waste ordinance Title VIII-Solid Waste Control – Chapter 1 & Chapter 2. Ayes: 3, Nayes 2 (Gau & Vandemark). Motion carried. Motion Mann/Lenning to adjourn at 8:10am. Ayes 5 Motion carried. MVTN 12-25-24
