Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: LENNING, MANN, & BANTAM. Motion Bantam/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 3, Motion carried. Motion Bantam/Mann to approve Resolution #2025-7 setting Public Hearing for April 7th at 6:30pm for fy25-26 Budget. Ayes: 3, Motion carried. Motion Lenning/Bantam to adjourn at 7:19am.
