SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 – 6:30 P.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Rob Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: LENNING, MANN, POORE, BANTAM & KERGER. Motion Poore/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5, Motion carried. Motion Lenning/Poore to appoint Tony Bantam to the Harrison County Landfill Commission to replace John Kerger. Ayes: 5, Motion carried. Motion Kerger/Poore to consult with contractors, for the best option for FoodLand to replace the sidewalk, curb & gutter along 5th St. before the street is replaced, making sure it will tie into the new street. Public Works Director, Androy to bring recommendations back to council for approval. Ayes: 5, Motion carried. Motion Kerger/Lenning to adjourn at 7:30pm. Ayes 5, Motion carried. HCTR 12-3-25
