SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 – 5:30 P.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA A special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: BANTAM, LENNING, MANN, POORE (via phone) & SNEED Motion Mann/Bantam to approve the agenda. Ayes: 5 Motion carried. Council discussed goals for planning purposes. Items discussed were the Woodbine sign at the North entrance to town, sidewalk repairs, tree plantings and the can recycling. No action was taken. Motion Poore/Mann to adjourn at 7:14 p.m. Ayes: 5 Motion carried HCTR 3-11-26
