Tana LaRene Jones passed away in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico on Aug. 24, 2023.
Tana, a longtime resident of Omaha and Elkhorn, Neb., is survived by husband, Donn Jones of Des Moines; daughter, Susan Lynn Lewis (Roger) and son Noah of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; daughter, Shelly Lorraine Lizardi and her son and daughter Lorenzo and Tessa of Pasadena, Calif.; and son Neal Allen Jones (Angelica) and their daughter Lilah of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico.
Memorial visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 18 from 2:30-3:30pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Neb., with celebration of life to follow at 3:30pm. Reception with hors d’oeuvres following at the funeral home. Private family burial at Harris Grove Cemetery near Logan.
