The Harrison County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, IA 51546. The public hearing is to review the variance application submitted by Ron Stinn for Gingerich Structures. The variance is to construct a 72’ x 96’ non-residential building whose lowest floor will be below the base flood elevation in the AE zone.
