The Harrison County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, IA 51546. The public hearing is to review the special exception use submitted by the Five Nine Design Group. The special exception use would allow a 912 square foot fiber optic building in the A-1 Ag district. The property is located in part of Lot 2 of the NE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 19-Township 79 North- Range 42 West.
