The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex, 116 North 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Andrea Clevenger. The amendment will change the zoning of 6.6 acres from A-1 to R-6 Planned Development. The property is located in part of the SW ¼ and SE ¼ of Section 12 and part of the NW ¼ and NE ¼ of Section 13, of Township 78 North and Range 43 West. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on the same day at 10:00 a.m. in the 2nd floor of the courthouse to approve/deny said amendment.
