The Harrison County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing, per section 26 of the zoning ordinance, on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Courthouse Annex at 116 N. 2nd Avenue, Logan, Iowa to review the zoning map amendment submitted by Terri Daringer. The amendment is to rezone 2 acres from A-1 to R-1 Rural Residential. The property is located in the NE ¼ NE ¼ of Section 26, Township 79 N and Range 41 W. The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2024 at 9:00 am on the second floor of the courthouse to review the said zoning map amendment.
