WEST HARRISON COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION MONTHLY MEETING – 5:30 PM March 26, 2026 LIBRARY – MONDAMIN, IA The West Harrison Community School District Board of Education met in regular session with the following present: Randy Wohlers, Julie Kuhlman, Hillary Stevenson, John Glennie and Tammy Flint. Directors. Marty Fonley, Superintendent, Jackie Fonley, Principal, Tonya Radil, Board Secretary/Treasurer Visitors. Wayne Bahr, Sharon Bahr, and Jenell Gorham Called to Order. The meeting was called to order in the Library at 5:30 p.m. by President Wohlers. Roll Call. President Wohlers, Vice President Kuhlman, Director Flint, Director Stevenson, and Director Glennie all present. Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Director Steven and seconded by Director Kuhlman to consent to the agenda. No Discussion. Directors: Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, Stevenson aye, Glennie aye, and Flint aye. 5-0 motion carried. The Public Hearing was opened by President Wohlers at 5:31 PM. Mr. Fonley reviewed the FY 26-27 Proposed Property Tax Levy. Received oral comment. Wayne Bahr had question regarding the proposed property tax. No written comments were received. The public Hearing was closed at 5:42 by President Wohlers. The next regular board meeting will be on April 8, 2026, at 6:30 PM. Adjournment. The meeting adjourned 5:42PM.
