WEST HARRISON COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION MONTHLY MEETING – 6:30 PM AUGUST 26, 2026 LIBRARY – MONDAMIN, IA The West Harrison Community School District Board of Education met in regular session with the following present: Randy Wohlers, Julie Kuhlman, and Tammy Flint. Directors: Marty Fonley, Superintendent, and Tonya Radil, Board Secretary/Treasurer Called to Order. The meeting was called to order via telephone by President Wohlers at 4:00PM. Roll Call. President Wohlers present, Vice President Kuhlman present via telephone, and Director Flint present via telephone. Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Director Kuhlman and seconded by Director Flint to consent to the agenda. No Discussion. Directors: Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, and Flint aye. 3-0 motion carried. Consideration of the Purchase of an Eight Passenger Minivan for $40,222.00. A motion was made by Director Flint and seconded by Director Kuhlman to approve the purchase of the eight passenger minivan for $40,222.00. No Discussion. Directors: Wohlers aye, Kuhlman aye, and Flint aye. 3-0 motion carried. The next regular board meeting will be on September 9, at 6:30 PM. Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 4:05 PM.
