CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2023 6:00 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Struble presided over the meeting and called it to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following Council members present: Patty Stueve, Eric Ford. Absent Mayor Shawn Kelly, Kevin Taylor, and Aaron Tuttle. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Tuttle arrived at 6:03 p.m. A motion to approve the January 31, 2023 Agenda made by Ford, second by Stueve. Motion passes. Discussion was held on the FY 23/24 Budget. Council discussed redoing the Building Inspectors office. Discussion was held on planting hedges at Summit Park. Council discussed new mowers for the Parks department. Council would like Colglazier to check on gravel for the roads in the cemetery. Discussion was held on the annual Fiscal Year raise the employees receive.
