YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that October 7, 2025, at 7 o’clock p.m. has been fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers of the Mondamin City Hall, 120 South Main Street, Mondamin, Iowa, has been fixed as the place, for a public hearing on the proposed sale, at which time interested parties may appear and be heard for or against the proposed sale.
