CITY OF MONDAMIN SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Mondamin City Hall Wednesday, September 14, 2022 7:00 P.M. 1. Opening of Meeting a. Mayor Jamie Howrey called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m., leading those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. b. Roll Call Council members present: Mary Seago, Karen Breyfogle, and Terry Coyle. Absent: John Glennie and Jim Rains. Staff present: Alyx Hirst. c. Approval of Agenda Motion made to approve agenda by K. Breyfogle, with a second by M. Seago. Motion carried 3-0. 2. Public Comments No public comments heard. No written comments received. 3. New Business a. Resolution setting date for the consideration of bids and approving supplemental notice to bidders for construction of the 2020 Water Treatment Plant Update. M. Seago introduced the following motion and moved that the same be adopted. K. Breyfogle seconded the motion to adopt. Roll call. All ayes. Motion carried 3-0. b. Resolution fixing date for a meeting on the proposition to authorize a Loan Agreement and the issuance of Notes to evidence the obligations of the City thereunder. Water Revenue Capital Loan Notes not to exceed $708,000 K. Breyfogle introduced the following motion and moved that the same be adopted. M. Seago seconded the motion to adopt. Roll call. All ayes. Motion Carried 3-0. c. Building Permit: 308 N Main K. Breyfogle motioned to approve the building permit at 308 N Main with a second from T. Coyle. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Other Business None 5. Adjourn Having no further business to conduct, K. Breyfogle made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by M. Seago. Motion carried 3-0.
