ORDINANCE #610 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY, IOWA, BY AMENDING PARKING REGULATIONS Be It Enacted by the City Council of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa: SECTION 1. SECTION MODIFIED. Chapter 69 Parking Regulations of the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa, is amended and the following adopted in lieu thereof: 69.15 PARKING LIMITED TO TWO HOURS. It is unlawful to park any vehicle for a continuous period of more than two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on each weekday upon the following designated streets: 1. Erie Street, from alley west of Second Street to Sixth Street. 2. Fifth Street, one stall in front of 109 North 5th Street. 3. Fifth Street, one stall in front of 113 North 5th Street. 4. Second Street, in two stalls in angle parking beside WCB. 5. Second Street, three stalls in front of 108 N 2nd St. 6. Sixth Street, three stalls in front of 109 S 6th Street SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION 3. WHEN EFFECTIVE.
