PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE The City of Missouri Valley, Iowa plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. The stormwater discharge will be from stabilization improvements along Longview Road and a new stormwater collection system from Longview Road to D Avenue. The stormwater discharge will be located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 10, Township 78 North, Range 44 West of Harrison County, Iowa.
