SPECIAL CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING Monday, October 30, 2023 – 12:00 P.M. Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Rob Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: GAU, LENNING, MANN, VANDEMARK (via phone call). SMITH absent. Motion Gau/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 4 Motion carried. Motion Gau/Vandemark to approve Resolution #2023-30 approving an agreement with Woodbine Community School District for a School Resource Officer (SRO) pending Mayor Cogdill’s and City Administrator Koch’s approval.
