TRUST NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF THE TRUST: BETTY L. STAMP REVOCABLE TRUST To all persons regarding Betty L. Stamp, deceased, who died on or about January 31, 2023. You are hereby notified that David L. Stamp and Kurt W. Stamp are the co-trustees of the Betty L. Stamp Revocable Trust. Any action to contest the validity of the trust must be brought in the District Court of Harrison County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four months from the date of second publication of this notice, or thirty days from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs of the decedent settlor and the spouse of the decedent settlor whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any suit not filed within this period shall be forever barred.
