Board of Adjustment Minutes March 12th, 2024 15 Weare St. Chair Bill Steppuhn opened the Board of Adjustment at 4:08 P.M. on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 at the City Conference Room. Roll call was answered by Board Members Doug McElwain and Greg Casey via phone. Others in attendance included City Administrator, Lisa Koch; City Clerk, Toni Waite; and Peter & Annette Dunlop. The board reviewed minutes from the August 30th, 2024 meeting. Moved by McElwain, seconded by Steppuhn to approve the minutes as presented. Steppuhn, Casey, and McElwain were Ayes. Motion passed 3 to 0. Moved by McElwain, seconded by Steppuhn to approve the Variance Request for an oversized garage at 15 Weare St. There was no oral or written objection by the public. Casey, McElwain and Steppuhn were Ayes. Motion passed 3 to 0. Motion by McElwain, seconded by Steppuhn to adjourn at 4:19 P.M. Steppuhn, McElwain and Casey were all Ayes. Motion passed 3 to 0.
