Minutes of the Special Meeting Board of Directors Missouri Valley Community School District Monday, April 1, 2024 Call to Order President Jeff Janssen called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, April 1, 2024, at the District Office Conference Room, 109 East Michigan Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa. Roll Call Present: Jeff Janssen, John Ferris, Joanna Barnard, and Carrie Watson Absent: Bridget Myler Also Present: Superintendent Christi Gochenour and Secretary Ashley Anderson APPORVE AGENDA Director Watson motioned to approve agenda. Director Barnard seconded. All Ayes; motion carried. PUBLIC HEARING 2024-2025 First Public Hearing President Janssen provided the opening statement to explain the notice provided and the new certified budget process. No written comments received. One guest provided no public comment. ADJOURNMENT The next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 8, 2024, to begin at 6:14 P.M. Director Barnard made a motion to adjourn the meeting, and Director Watson seconded. All Ayes; motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:47 A.M.
