CITY OF LOGAN PROPERTY TAX PUBLIC HEARING 108 W. 4th STREET April 1, 2024 At 6:00 P.M. Mayor McDonald called the public hearing to order. Agenda item 2 was the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda item 3 was roll call. Council Members DeWitt, Moss and Sporrer and Mayor McDonald were present. Council Members Hinkel and Troshynski were absent. Agenda item 4 was to approve the agenda. Motion was made by Sporrer and seconded by Moss to approve the agenda. 3 ayes. Agenda item 5 was to open the public hearing to hear comments for or against approving the FY 24/25 Proposed Property Tax Levy. There were no citizens present to speak about the proposed tax levy. The Mayor reviewed the levy rate of $14.984 with the city council. Motion was made by Moss and seconded by Sporrer to close the public hearing and adjourn the meeting. 3 ayes.
