CITY OF MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM FRIDAY, JUNE 10, 2022 Mayor Kelly presided over the meeting and called it to order at 2:00 p.m. with the following Council members present: Eric Ford, Sherm Struble, Patty Stueve and Kevin Taylor. Aaron Tuttle attended the meeting virtually. Also Present: Mary Jo Buckley, CJ Peterson and Barb Smithson. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. A motion for approval of the June 10, 2022 agenda was made by Sherm Struble, seconded by Patty Stueve. Motion carried unanimously. Inquiries from citizens: Mary Jo Buckley mentioned that Outdoor Concepts stated that if we paid the $12,500 by June 30, 2022 they would keep the bid the same. Mayor Kelly asked the Clerk to place it on the agenda for the next full council meeting. A motion was made to allow the Mayor to read a Proclamation for the Ride by Sherm Struble, seconded by Patty Stueve. Motion passed unanimously.
