City of Modale City Council Meeting Minutes April 8, 2024 A special meeting of the Modale City Council was held on April 8, 2024. Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Blair Adams, Kathy Dugdale, Tammy Cooperrider, and Terigene Tiffey; Chris Skinner attended telephonically. Visitors present were Katie Moyer and Robert Jensen Staff present were Marty Skinner and Shauna Gerke. Consent Agenda: Tiffey made a motion to approve the consent agenda, Dugdale seconded. Motion passed 5-0. Mayor Cox opened the tax levy hearing at 631 p.m. Mayor Cox closed the tax levy hearing at 637 p.m. Tiffey made a motion to adjourn. Adams seconded the motion; motion carried with a 5-0 vote.
